Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING CHARGES: are calculated automatically during the checkout process. Sales Tax will be charged for orders shipped to Massachusetts only.

Items typically ship out of our warehouse the following business day after you place your order. When your item does ship out, you will be emailed the tracking number if available. Please note, the day an item ships out is not considered an in-transit day.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We are not liable for any mistakes, typos, oversights etc. that customers do not inform us about within 15 minutes of placing the order on our website (please call 877-303-4861). Customers are responsible for all return to sender fees if a package is refused or returned to us for any reason. If this occurs, customers will only be refunded for 50% of the price of the returned item itself. Shipping costs are never refunded.


UPS LOST / DELAYED / MISSING ORDERS: In very rare situations, we ship an item out of our warehouse and UPS scans are delayed. In even rarer situations, UPS scans never occur and we need to consider the package lost. We do not consider a package lost until 10 days have passed since the item was originally shipped out of our warehouse. We are very sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment a situation like this can cause, however we are very strict about this policy and there are no exceptions. Once 10 days have passed and if there is still no tracking information, we will re-ship your package via UPS Ground. We are unable to provide expedited shipping for any UPS lost or delayed packages.

RETURNING AN ITEM:  If you would like to return any item, you may return it within 30 days of placing your order, given that it has not been assembled or played with, and is in its original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipment. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. We do not re-sell returned items; we donate them to local charities. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive full credit. (You better hurry though, full refunds are not given once an item has shipped!!)
